All firearms purchased through MAP Firearms are shipped to a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) designated by the customer. The required background check and final transfer are conducted by the receiving FFL in accordance with applicable law.

MAP Firearms does not perform background checks and is not involved in approval, denial, or delay decisions made by the receiving FFL.

Final Sale Policy – Firearms

All firearm sales are final once an order has been placed and the firearm has been shipped to the receiving FFL.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued for any of the following circumstances:

  • Failed or denied background checks
  • Delays in background check processing
  • Failure to complete the transfer or pick up the firearm from the receiving FFL
  • Changes in federal, state, or local laws after purchase
  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect item selection

If a firearm is returned to MAP Firearms by the receiving FFL due to customer ineligibility or failure to complete the transfer, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping, handling, restocking, and transfer fees.
