This Products for Sale & Checkout Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the purchase, checkout process, and transaction terms for all products and services offered by MAP Firearms (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing products, placing an order, submitting payment, or initiating any transaction with MAP Firearms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

All purchases from MAP Firearms are subject to federal, state, and local firearms laws and regulations. You must be legally eligible to purchase, possess, or receive firearms, ammunition, or regulated items under applicable law.
By proceeding to checkout, you represent and warrant that:
You meet all age and legal requirements
You are not prohibited from owning or possessing firearms or ammunition
All information you provide is accurate and complete
MAP Firearms reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet legal eligibility requirements.
Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, transfer, possession, and ownership of firearms, ammunition, and related products.
MAP Firearms does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any product offered for sale is legal in the customer’s jurisdiction. By placing an order, the customer confirms that the selected item is lawful to purchase, receive, and possess in their location.
Product listings, descriptions, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and items may become unavailable at any time.
MAP Firearms does not guarantee that product images or descriptions are error-free. If inaccuracies occur, MAP Firearms reserves the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders.
Firearms are sold and transferred only in compliance with all applicable laws. Firearms are shipped exclusively to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) designated by the customer, unless otherwise permitted by law.
The required background check and final transfer are conducted by the receiving FFL. MAP Firearms does not perform background checks and is not involved in approval, denial, or delay decisions.
Completion of a firearm purchase is contingent upon:
Verification of receiving FFL information
Shipment to the receiving FFL
Compliance with all applicable transfer laws and procedures
Submitting payment or completing checkout does not guarantee transfer approval or successful completion of the transfer.
All firearm sales are final once an order has been placed and the firearm has been shipped to the receiving FFL.
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued for any of the following circumstances:
Failed or denied background checks
Delays in background check processing
Failure to complete the transfer or pick up the firearm from the receiving FFL
Changes in federal, state, or local laws after purchase
Buyer’s remorse or incorrect item selection
If a firearm is returned to MAP Firearms by the receiving FFL due to customer ineligibility or failure to complete the transfer, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping, handling, restocking, and transfer fees.
Ammunition purchases are subject to age verification and state or local restrictions. Certain jurisdictions prohibit or restrict ammunition shipments.
All ammunition sales are final once processed.
Accessories and non-regulated products may be shipped directly to customers where legally permitted. Availability and delivery times may vary.
MAP Firearms reserves the right to limit quantities or restrict sales of certain products.
By submitting an order through the checkout process, you authorize MAP Firearms to process payment for the total amount displayed, including applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs.
Orders are not considered complete until payment is received and legal compliance is verified.
MAP Firearms reserves the right to cancel or place orders on hold for verification or compliance purposes.
Accepted payment methods may vary. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
MAP Firearms is not responsible for delays or errors caused by payment processors or financial institutions.
Orders may be reviewed for accuracy, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. MAP Firearms may cancel orders at any stage if issues arise.
Customers may request cancellation only before processing begins. Once processing or compliance verification has started, cancellations are not permitted.
Prices displayed at checkout exclude applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL, background check fees, and shipping costs.
MAP Firearms reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.
All refunds and returns are governed by the MAP Firearms Refund & Returns Policy. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.
Risk of loss transfers according to applicable law and carrier policies. MAP Firearms is not responsible for loss or damage caused by carriers after shipment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAP Firearms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from purchases or use of products.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAP Firearms from claims arising from misuse of products or violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and applicable federal law.
MAP Firearms reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued purchases constitute acceptance of updated terms.
