Due to the highly regulated nature of firearms and related products, shipping practices differ significantly from standard consumer goods. Not all items may be shipped directly to customers, and certain items require shipment to a federally licensed firearms dealer.
MAP Firearms ships only where permitted by law and reserves the right to refuse or cancel shipments that do not meet legal or compliance requirements.
Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the shipment, receipt, transfer, possession, and ownership of firearms, ammunition, and related products.
MAP Firearms does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any product may be lawfully shipped to a customer’s jurisdiction. By placing an order, the customer confirms that the selected items are legal to receive and possess at the shipping destination.
Firearms may only be shipped in accordance with all applicable federal and Connecticut state laws. Firearms are shipped exclusively to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) designated by the customer, unless otherwise permitted by law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and valid FFL information for the receiving dealer. Orders will not be processed until the receiving FFL is verified.
MAP Firearms is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid FFL information.
Firearms shipped to MAP Firearms from third parties for transfer are subject to inspection, logging, and compliance verification upon arrival. Transfer completion is contingent upon successful background checks and legal approval by the receiving FFL.
MAP Firearms is not responsible for shipment delays, damage, or loss occurring before arrival at our facility.
Ammunition shipments are subject to carrier restrictions, hazardous material regulations, and state-specific laws. Some states or local jurisdictions may prohibit or restrict ammunition shipments.
MAP Firearms ships ammunition only where legally permitted and may require age verification prior to shipment.
All ammunition shipments require an adult signature upon delivery where required by law or carrier policy.
All ammunition sales are final once shipped.
Accessories and non-regulated items may be shipped directly to customers where permitted by law. Shipping methods, carriers, and delivery times vary based on item type, destination, and carrier availability.
MAP Firearms does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier delays.

MAP Firearms does not mark packages in a manner that identifies the contents as firearms or ammunition.
MAP Firearms is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, absence of required signatures, or carrier error.
If a shipment is returned due to delivery failure, additional fees may apply for reshipment, handling, and storage.
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported promptly after delivery or confirmed carrier loss. MAP Firearms will assist with carrier claims when applicable but is not responsible for carrier negligence or delays in claim resolution.
MAP Firearms does not offer international shipping.
All shipments are conducted in compliance with federal law, ATF regulations, carrier policies, and Connecticut state law. MAP Firearms reserves the right to cancel or refuse shipments that pose legal, regulatory, or safety concerns.
